Kicking off the festival season is Hyperlink a 3day festival put together by Tate collectives, a group of young people working across Tate Britain and Modern to make the gallery more accessable to a wider younger audience of 15-25 years olds. Testing Testing

Got a 550d for Christmas. It’s really strange because I have used a film cam for so long. And loved my “compact dslr”- as I like to call the old one I had. It was a fuji finepix s5500, really old school, perfect in every way. Had all the manual setting and just without changeable lenses, it was only 4pix, the thing is you don’t really need more than that. Well after a year of consideration me thinks its time to upgrade. But yeah really excited, am doing a studio session on Saturday, I think I should say new ventures from now on.
